Enduring
As a Creative Technologist, I strive to stay ahead of the constantly evolving technological landscape. My curiosity for both computers and production has been the driving force behind my career.
In my role, I am a versatile programmer, not confined to a single programming language or style. While I haven’t specialized in one particular area, this broad approach has proven valuable. My non-traditional path has allowed me to treat programming as an art form, enabling me to push boundaries and occasionally break from “best practices” to innovate and create.
Google Pixel
Edelman
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Edelman pitched Google: ScARy Masks to promote the Google Pixel 4 while encouraging families to wear masks for Halloween.
After identifying our target audience—parents—the team chose Instagram as the platform to drive social sharing.
Each custom AR filter was created using Spark AR Studio, Instagram’s proprietary AR platform. The filters were activated by a printable marker.
When the marker was detected on a face, an animation appeared, transforming the user with a Halloween mask.
My role: initial ideation, proof of concept, and oversight of production with partner agency Inphantry

Brixels Mirror
Breakfast
The Brixel Mirror incorporates a motion sensing camera that reflects movement as ripples akin to water.
The installation employs daisy chaining, allowing the Brixels to pivot and rotate through stepper motors equipped with gears.
Additionally, the installation can be controlled via a web app.
My role: assembly, fabrication, creative thinking, installation
Flip-Disk
Breakfast
Flip-Disk features a motion sensing camera that tracks your movement, animating the Flip-Disk screen in response.
The installation employs daisy chaining for data communication between each disk, enabling them to flip autonomously. This concept can be compared to pixels on a screen.
The Flip-Disk can also be controlled via a web app to display content, much like a traditional screen.

National Geographic: Genius
Radical Media
With the launch of National Geographic’s series “Genius: Picasso”, Radical Media created an immersive experience to kickstart the new series’s awareness campaign around New York City.
Intricate production design, projection and sculptures turned the space into larger-than-life art installations and one-of-a-kind photo ops inspired by the visionary artist, and paying homage to the milestone styles throughout his career.
Digital art easels allowed guests to make their own Picasso-style masterpiece and life-size set piece installations invited them to turn their selfies into hyper stylized, personalized works of art — from cubism, expressionism and surrealism, to the iconic blue and rose periods.
My role: custom print queuing software, installation
Amex Music: Outside In
Radical Media
Justin Timberlake and American Express Music partnered to bring Outside In, a Mixed Reality music video, to life. At the time, Outside In was a first-of-its-kind experience, offering a glimpse inside the creative mind of Justin Timberlake.
Watch as Justin materializes in your living room as he introduces you to the immersive world of his song, “Breeze off the Pond.” Through spatial audio, enjoy the song alongside the ambient sounds of nature that inspired Justin’s album, Man of the Woods.
My role: programmed UI, special effect particle systems, QA/QC testing

Ford Hub
Radical Media
Located in one of New York’s busiest transportation centers – Westfield World Trade Center – FordHub is an interactive space designed to show the public how Ford’s expansion to an auto and a mobility company is helping change the way the world moves.
A large scale responsive installation made up of close to 6,000 die-cast model Ford cars wraps across two walls. Each car has an LED inside and is mounted on a transparent acrylic rod. The different elevations of the rods create an undulating topographical sculptural form.
In an idle state, dynamic patterns of light move through the array of model cars. In an active state the wall reacts to the movements of visitors as they explore the space.
